If you've been conducting business on the Internet for awhile, you might have perhaps heard the old saying "the money is inside the list" - meaning your customer and prospect e-mail list.  But how will you go about developing a e-mal list, and how will you make sure your clients will probably be available to receiving it (and never accuse you of spam?).

 ?    Building an inventory allows you to monitor your customers since your business grows.  Once you've started your list, you are able to send them personal messages through email; which will make them feel more appreciated.  Customers love the individual connection. Often customers will give you unsolicited feedback for areas you have to improve.
